 Program Summary :

DAY 01 :  Arrive JKI Airport - Nairobi City :

Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport - Nairobi and after clearing customs, you will be met by HTT representative who will welcome you and assist you with your luggage as you are escorted to HTT minivan.

As bags are loaded you shall be offered chilled cold towels to freshen up with and complimentary chilled mineral water. Your bags shall be tagged by our staff and loaded into the vehicle and drive to Sarova Panafric Hotel, or Laico Regency  or Hilton or  similar for check in.
 
Along the way you can enjoy a brief insight into the city of Nairobi and its people.

Meals : BB - Breakfast on Day 2.

Day 02 : Nairobi - Maasai Mara

0600 hrs Breakfast at the hotel.

0730 hrs After breakfast depart and head towards The Maasai Mara, Kenya's most famous Game Reserve.

1230 hrs Approximate arrival into the lodge / tented camp to a welcome cold towel and a welcome drink as you check in. The lodge / camp porters will show you to your tents and assist you carrying the luggage.  

Lunch will be in the lodge’s / tented camp’s dining room terrace overlooking the rolling hills that characterize the Mara.   After lunch you will have an hour to rest from the drive.
 
1600 hrs Your driver/guide will take you for your first game viewing drive in this magnificent reserve.

The greatest attraction in the Mara is watching the animals in their natural element; a lion’s roar, a cheetah making a kill, the herds of wildebeest majorly known for migration, an elephant trumpeting in anger and lots of other animal activities are all very fascinating events.
 
1830 hrs Return to the lodges / tented camp after your game drive.

Overnight : Mara Sopa Lodge or
Sarova Mara Game Camp or
Keekorok lodge or
Siana Springs luxury camp or Similar

Meals : Full Board - Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast

Day 03 : Masai Mara

0600 hrs You will be woken up this morning to a lovely African sunrise and at the lobby coffee, tea and cookies will be ready for you.

0630 hrs Drive off to another adventurous safari drive in search of wild animals. The early mornings and evenings are the best times to watch the big cats hunt - the lion, the cheetah and the leopard. At these times the most glorious sunrise can be observed.

0830 hrs  Return to the lodge / tented camp for a full buffet breakfast.   Morning at leisure

1230 hrs Lunch will be served in the restaurant after which the guests will have time to rest before the evening safari.

1600 hrs  We will take you for another exciting evening safari in search of the "big five" The big five are the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and the buffalo.

1830 hrs  After the game drive you will be driven back to the lodge / camp.

Day 04 : Maasai Mara - Lake Nakuru

0600 hrs Breakfast at the tented camp / lodge.

0730 hrs Depart towards Lake Nakuru National Park

1230 hrs Approximate arrival into Sarova Lionhill Game Lodge,  or Lake Nakuru lodge or flamingo camp or similar, to   a welcome complimentary drink then Checked into the lodge.

1300 hrs A buffet lunch will be ready at the lodge’s dining room.   Rest of the afternoon spend at leisure

1600 hrs This afternoon, you will leave for an afternoon game drive across the Park.

1830 hrs Drive back to the lodge.
   
Overnight :  Sarova Lionhill Game Lodge or Lake Nakuru Lodge or Similar

Meals : Full Board - Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast.

DAY 05 : Lake Nakuru - Nairobi - JKI Airport - Depart

0630 hrs  Breakfast at the Lodge

0730 hrs  After breakfast you will be assisted to check out and your professional driver/guide will drive you back to Nairobi.

1200 hrs Approximate time of arrival into Nairobi and straight way dropped at the JKI Airport for your home bound flight.

• Complimentary : Mineral Water in the safari minivans during the safari, (2 bottles per person per day during the safari in the Kenyan section only).  

Our  tour costs  does not include : 

• The cost of obtaining visas; Kenya visa can be got at ease at JKI Airport for USD 25 - no photos required and Kids under 16 Yrs pay no visa costs. However pls check exact Visa procedure as this varies for some nationalities who cannot get on arrival.
• Expenses like laundry, beverages, bar bill, telephone, mineral water, tips, porterage etc. 
• International flights. 
• International departure taxes. 
• Travel and medical insurance. 
• All other expenses that are purely of a personal nature. 
• All other items that are not mentioned in 'our price includes'.

• The itinerary is subject to change based on various factors beyond our control. Hotel/flight reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. We reserve the right to requote based on alternate accommodation/carrier if rooms are unavailable or when on request.

Please note : 

• Non A/C Vehicles are used for transfers in Nairobi and on Safari in Kenya & Tanzania.
• Luggage limit of one soft bag per person during travel in Kenya.  Hard cases  should be avoided as they can not fit in safari vehicles
• This itinerary can be combined with a beach holiday to Mombasa or Zanzibar Island
• AMTS reserves right to use different Lodges/Camps of same category in case of overbookings without compromising on its Services !
