For clients who have return flights late afternoon, a visit at the Parliament Palace (2nd largest building in the world after the Pentagon) can be organized.

Day 1) Saturday : BUCHAREST - crossroads between Orient and Occident
Arrival at Bucharest airport in the afternoon. Meeting point: the information desk at the Henry Coanda Airport; the parking paying desk - Baneasa Airport.
Transfer to your hotel. Check-in. Dinner.

Day 2) Sunday :  Full day to admire the Architecture, Churches, Traditions
Panoramic sightseeing tour of Bucharest, the city of contrast (the Romanian Atheneum, the Parliament Palace - exterior, the large boulevards). Departure to Curtea de Arges, former capital of Wallachia. Visit the Episcopal Church where the Romanian Kings are buried. Drive along the picturesque Olt Valley to Cozia Monastery (visit) and Sibiu, one of the oldest towns in Transylvania - formerly Hermannstadt - founded by the Saxon colonists. Guided walking tour of the medieval town (the Main Square, the Evangelical Church, the Liars’ Bridge etc.). Dinner and overnight.  After dinner optional night walking tour.

Day 3) Monday : UNESCO Heritage, Medieval Treasures
Morning departure via Sighisoara, birthplace of Vlad the Impaler. Visit the medieval citadel included in the UNESCO heritage: the Clock Tower, the Church on the Hill, the House of Dracula, the roofed stairways etc. Lunch at House of Dracula restaurant. Drive on to Targu Mures, walking tour through the elegant city centre well known for its architecture: The Culture Palace, the Orthodox Churches, the Teleki -Bolyai library. Dinner and overnight in Targu Mures. After dinner optional night walking tour.

Day 4) Tuesday : MARAMURES
Departure to Maramures, the land of wood. A trip to Maramures is in every season a wonderful experience: visit the traditional villages, the Merry Cemetery situated very close to the border side with Ukraine, a true chronicle about the villagers's life. Late afternoon return to Vadu Izei via Sighetu Marmatiei, where you can admire the churches from the Austro-Hungarian period. Dinner and overnight in Vadu Izei.

Day 5) Wednesday : The Painted Monasteries of Bucovina
In the morning visit the Rozalvea and Ieud monasteries and the Peasant museum from Dragomiresti. Lunch en route. Drive on to Bucovina land of the unique painted monasteries belonging to the UNESCO World Heritage.  Short stop in the Prislop Pass to admire the beautiful landscape and walking through Ciocanesti to admire the decorated houses. Arrival in Campulung Moldovenesc, visit the Wood Museum. Dinner and overnight in Campulung. After dinner optional night walking tour.

Day 6) Thursday : The Painted Monasteries of Bucovina
In the morning discover the Moldovita monastery (1532) - included in the UNESCO heritage, the place that received the international order - The Golden Apple - awarded by the world's journalists to the monasteries in Bucovina - and the Sucevita monastery (1585), a real fortress. Lunch en-route. Stop in the beautiful village of Marginea, famous for its black potter.  Continue to Suceava, former capital of Moldova. Dinner and accommodation in a 3* hotel. After dinner optional night walking tour.

Day 7) Friday : MOLDAVIA
In the morning drive on through Moldovia villages. Visit the monateris from Piatra Neamt: Neamt monastery which was built in the 14 century. Visit also the Secu moanstery, traditional lunch at the monastery with wine and “tuica” (a traditional drink). Continue with Agapia monastery - which is surrounded by small houses, which create a monarchy village. Arrive at Piatra Neamt in the afternoon. Walking tour and visit the St. John monastery. Dinner and overnight in a 3 star hotel in Piatra Neamt

Day 8) Saturday : BRASOV - former KRONSTADT
Drive on to Brasov, with stop for visit the Prejmer beautiful fortified church. Continue to Bran to visit the medieval castle built as a fortress - The "Dracula's" Castle (1377). Lunch en route. Arrival at Brasov, formerly Kronstadt, founded by the Saxon colonists. Walking tour through the old town centre, including the Black Church, the Council Square, the Hirche house, the baroque style buildings from the Austro -Hungarian times. Dinner and overninght in a hotel located in the middle of the forest. 
 
Day 9) Sunday : The Royal Way
In the morning drive across the mountains to Sinaia, named the “Pearl of the Carpathians”. Stop in Azuga for a wine tasting. Hunting lunch in Sinaia at a local restaurant. After visit the famous Peles Castle, an exquisite piece of architecture which served as the summer residence of the Romanian Royal family. Late afternoon departure to Bucharest. Dinner and overnight.

Day 10) Monday : BUCHAREST
In the morning departure to Bucharest airport. End of our services.

Day 10) Monday :
Free time in Bucharest. In the afternoon meet the English speaking guide, lunch and departure to Tulcea, located at the Danube Delta gate. Dinner and overnight.

Day 11) Tuesday :
Trip to the Danube Delta for the whole day with fish menu lunch. Dinner and overnight in Tulcea.

Day 12) Wednesday :
In the morning departure to Bucharest airport. End of our services.
