  • Can I write a review about my hotel and the resort?

    Indeed you can! Shortly after you return, we will send you an email asking you to provide feedback on the hotel, and to offer any suggestions about the resort (as Top Tips).

    The information and rating you provide, whether it be a good or bad review, will be posted against the hotel you stayed at. Please just give us feedback about your hotel stay as your feedback will become a hotel review. It's not necessary to give us feedback about other elements of your stay such as your flight or transfer.

  • How do I report a problem with my booking once I have returned?

    We would very much like to hear from you if you encountered any problems or difficulties with your booking. This will enable us to investigate how the problem occurred and provide you with an explanation. In addition, we can prevent future occurrences of the same problem.

    So we can investigate thoroughly, we ask you do the following:

    Please give us as much detail as possible. Include receipts, photos or other supporting documentation.

    As valued AMTS customers, we will acknowledge your correspondence within 14 days and reply within 28 days.
