Morning- A dogsled tour is for many the best way to experience the nature and the wilderness during the winter. The dogs are howling and pulling their harnesses to get moving; as soon as the anchor is lifted up the dogs fall silent and eagerly start pulling the sled through the woods and over the plains. During the break around the fire you are served coffee and sandwich.
Includes: guide, winter clothing (boots, winter overalls, thick gloves, warm hat), coffee & sandwich, transfer
Evening- A fantastic outing in the Torne river valley. The snow is reflecting the moon and the stars. The head light from the snowmobile lights up the tracks we follow, as the trees cast long shadows out into the darkness. When we stop and turn off the snowmobiles the silence is total. Then suddenly the sky bursts out in different colours, as the Northern lights appear. The guide tells stories, myths and legends about the Northern lights. In the cabin we try some delicacies from Lapland. We use modern snowmobiles with four-stroke engines.
