Only UAE residents & citizens can apply for tourist visas to Russian Federation in UAE; citizens, who do not posses UAE residence permit, have to submit their applications to consular section in country of their residence directly.
Visa application for Russian Federation will be accepted only together with hotel booking through AMTS and for tourist purposes only.
Hotel accommodation period should be equal to period of stay in the country.
Hotel booking confirmation is needed prior processing the visa application.
Visa cost has to be pre-paid before processing and may vary since it is subject to the concerned governmental authorities and nationality.
Visa cost includes original invitation consulate & administration fees along with travel voucher.

Urgent visas will be processed within 3 consulate working days, while non urgent will be processed within 7 consulate working days.

Russian Federation consulate section working days: Sunday & Thursday from 10:30 AM to 01:00 PM, Tuesday from 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM

Visa once applied is 100% chargeable and non refundable – neither if rejected by the concerned authorities.
