Golden class Advisory :

We need at least 24 hours of booking prior to arrival or departing passengers.

For cancellation and amendments we need atleast 8 hours to process the new request.

For departing passengers, we request to approach the Golden Class counter at terminal 1 at least 2 hours before the flight. Assistance will be from the check-in and through all departure formalities on the way to departure gates. Lounge service will provided automatically for classic plus request.

Classic service for arrival will be assisted by the Golden class representative wearing a blue uniform, holding a name board. By the time of arrival formalities passengers is requested to stay at the luggage area and wait for the Golden class representative to finish and just be advised on which way to exit.
