Marhaba Lounge :

Regardless of airline or class of travel, you can in style and enjoy the unique Arabian hospitality of the 24-hour Marhaba Lounge manned by our professional representatives.

The lounge offers an enhanced range of amenities for departing/transit passengers. The lounge can be used by any traveler and is not exclusive to those using Marhaba meet and greet services. No pre-booking is required.

Located on the departure level at the east end of the terminal between gate no. 23 and 25.

Offers variety of hot meals and choice between Arabic and continental menus, refreshments and hot and cold beverages.

Buggy Cars

Buggy cars are on call to take marhaba lounge visitors directly to their departure gates.

Marhaba Additional Services :

We can offer also floral arrangements to welcome your guest. Chauffer drive services is available for pick up and drop off to any places in UAE.

City stop services includes provision of visa sponsorship up to 96 hours of stay, hotel accommodation and ground transfer (from or to airport) description of room per night charges. Rates subject to change. To avail for this service passenger must have a confirmed booking to their next destination.

Marhaba Advisory :

Standard transfer of luggage arriving in T3 will not be available since Emirates will be the one to take over the luggages.

Inter-terminal transfer in both T1-T2 /T2-T1 has minimum of 2 hours.

For arrivals : kindly brief the passenger to identify themselves to the marhaba representative wearing a yellow jacket as paging in Dubai is not permitted. For Diamond services, family package and transfer services, the marhaba representative will hold the passenger name board. For standard services the passenger names will be displayed on plasma screens located inside the terminal before the passport control.

For Reservation :

We need atleast 24 hours of booking prior for departure or arrival of the passenger We need the full itinerary details of the flight, such as the flight number, flight date, the time of arrival or the time of departure. Passenger’s full name is required and emergency number is required also.

In case of cancellation or amendments of the request, we need at least 8 hours to process the new request.

No refund for no show passengers
